Human Resources Specialist (m/w/d) | Part-time (20 h) | Lisbon, Portugal

To join our fast-growing team in Lisbon, we are looking for an ambitious professional to take over responsibility for the whole SEA.AI group.

Responsibilities

Your role will include: 
 
  • Take over recruiting for Portugal & support foreign entities (France, Austria and the US) in all recruiting-related tasks. 
  • Develop and implement in collaboration with the management onboarding & offboarding strategy and processes. 
  • Take care of all topics related to employer branding.  
  • Represent the company culture and values. 
  • Provide day to day HR services to employees and business leaders. 
  • Administrate the time tracking tool.  
  • Perform HR-projects together with local- and group-management.   
  • Collaborate with the regional responsible persons for HR in AT, FR and the US.  

Your Profile and Qualifications

To excel in this role, we are looking for someone with the following profile and qualifications: 
 
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in human resources or equivalent experience. 
  • 2 Years+ Experience working in an HR in an international environment. 
  • Knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation practices, diversity, performance management. 
  • Excellent communication skills.
