Your Responsibilities
As the Head of Service, you’ll lead an exciting and impactful journey, driving innovation and shaping the future of maritime technology. Your distinctive role will include:
- Shaping the Future: Pioneering a visionary outlook by infusing the service perspective into our product development, translating user insights into revolutionary product features and specifications that redefine the industry.
- Global Excellence: Spearheading international service policies, systems, and processes that set new global standards, positioning us as leaders in marine technology.
- Installations: Crafting guidelines that redefine how SEA.AI systems are installed on boats and ships, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional performance.
- Strategic Partnerships: Orchestrating the expansion and strategic management of our external service partner network, catalyzing innovation in installation services through visionary collaborations.
- Customer-Centric Resolution: Taking charge of customer satisfaction by proactively managing repair and troubleshooting processes, leveraging complaints to showcase our unmatched service excellence.
- Leadership: Guiding and inspiring a dynamic and highly motivated service team, nurturing talent, and fostering an environment of innovation, continuous learning, and exceptional problem-solving.
Your Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Maritime industry experience
- A degree in engineering or electronics (HTL, Bachelor, or Master’s).
- Experience in IT, such as administration or service coordination.
- Proficiency in English, enabling effective communication with customers and collaborating with an international team to address complex technical issues. (any other language will be a positive asset)
- Customer service excellence and customer relationship skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- A hands-on approach, problem-solving skills, and a strong desire to learn.
- A team-player mentality with a solution-oriented attitude and a sense of humor.
