To strengthen our digital marketing activities, we are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at the Linz head office. This role will focus on driving ongoing continuous improvement in website and social media strategies, executing impactful digital campaigns, and fully exploiting the capabilities of the company’s CRM tool, Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, to streamline and maximize digital marketing operations.

As our digital marketing manager, you will drive and execute digital marketing strategies to accelerate brand growth, new product launches and engage with new and existing customers. You will report to the Head of Marketing & Communication and work with a 10-person marketing and sales team across Europe and the US. You will contribute to achieving the company’s ambitious sales targets through strategic digital marketing initiatives. This role focuses on creating impactful messaging across all channels and maximizing the use of Dynamics 365 Customer Insights to streamline operations and boost success.
Your role will include:
Education & Experience: You have a bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in a technology-driven or maritime-focused business.
Skills & Expertise: You have advanced knowledge of digital marketing strategies (website, email, social media, paid media), CRM systems (Dynamics 365 preferred), and tools like Google Analytics. You bring strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to multi-task and deliver results.
Action-Oriented: You take initiative, work independently, and drive projects from start to finish with measurable results, aligning with business goals.
Detail-Driven: You ensure marketing strategies align with priorities, consistently delivering exceptional work, even under tight deadlines.
