To support the growth of our business in Italy, we are looking for an experienced Country Sales Manager in Italy.

This is a newly created position with a primary objective of leading, managing and expanding our local sales network and driving revenue growth through our global sales network. You will develop and implement strategies to increase sales globally, expand market share, and build a robust commercial operation.

Your profile

For this role we are looking for someone who has:

·      Proven experience as key account manager in the maritime industry in Italy (min. 5 years)

·      Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs

·      Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels

·      Excellent organizational skills

·       Experience in the marine industry

Your role

·      Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients

·      Direct B2C sales via incoming leads

·      Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements

·      Expand the relationships with existing dealers, distributors and shipyards

·      Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams (service, production, R&D)

·      Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships

·      Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics

·      Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote our products and services and develop new business opportunities
